What we collect

When you send a request through the site we store the name, mobile number, and anything else you choose to fill in — email, emirate, community, budget and your message.

We also record which page the request came from and the campaign it came through, so we know which of our ads actually work.

What we do not store

We do not store your IP address. We store a one-way fingerprint of it, used only to limit how many requests come from the same visitor in an hour. The original address cannot be recovered from it.

We do not use cookies to build an advertising profile of you, and we do not sell or rent your details to anyone.

Visit analytics

We count page views with an anonymous visitor identifier. It carries no name, no number, and no way back to you personally.

If third-party analytics tools are enabled from the dashboard, their own policies apply alongside this one.

How long we keep it

Requests are kept as long as the commercial relationship needs them. You can ask us to delete your request at any time and we will do it.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we will respond.
